CHANGE OF VENUE REMINDER!

NEW VENUE: Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium

As the date of our Edmonton concert approaches we are looking forward to performing for you once again and sharing our new show. 

The original show scheduled Mar 25, 2020 @ The Winspear is now FINALLY taking place @ the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

An email was sent out to ticket holders from Ticketmaster with your new tickets in August 2022 – so please be sure to verify you have them.

There will be additional Box Office staff on hand at the show for anyone who needs additional assistance in person. 

The goal for all of our partners is to make this process as smooth as possible.

Thanks to all involved for your patience and understanding of this venue change as we return to the stage in Edmonton with the Tempest II Tour.

Tempest II Tour

Just over a year ago, I was getting ready to begin the Tempest 25 Tour. In honor of the 25th anniversary of “Tempest”, my first CD. I didn’t know it at the time, but there was a larger and very real storm in our path.

Of course, at this point, the whole world knows what happened next. There was no tour, there were no concerts. And we’ve all lived through a storm like nothing we’ve seen before in our lives.

For those of you who had tickets from a year ago, thank you for your patience and understanding, as we have been working hard to find the right time to start again. We wanted to be sure that when we did return, everyone would be safe.

And finally, today, after much hard work, I am proud to be launching (or is it relaunching?) the TEMPEST II TOUR, almost 2 years later.

Whether you have tickets from a year ago, or are looking for new show announcements, please refer to my website, as it will have the most up to date links and information.

When it’s time for us to come together in celebration. I hope you’ll join me in kicking social distancing to the curb, bring your dance shoes, and let the rumba party begin!

Happy Holidays!

This being a crazy year, I wanted to do something special. After the year we’ve all had, we need all the joy and love we can get.

Over the years your support has meant so much to me. And this year, not being able to tour and play music live with you all was a great disappointment. So, since I can’t come to you, I thought I’d record this little holiday ditty, and send it in my place. Hope you like it.

May you have a great year filled with love, joy, and adventure! And hopefully, I’ll see you when this is over….

The brand new single from Jesse Cook, “Wednesday Night at Etric’s” is out now!

“Late one night in 1997, I recorded a song of mine at my friend Etric’s hip downtown loft. There was no recording studio, we just set up a few mics and started making music. 

23 years later, my friend Matt Sellick convinced me to revive the song. He must have been about 5 years old when it came out. Today I think Matt is one of Canada’s finest flamenco guitarists. I am so proud of the musician he has become.”  – Jesse Cook
